My Tratech Experience

Tratech is simply amazing. The stuff I saw exhibited at this year's Tratech is very reassuring; Ghana has great potential and this generation will be extraordinary. The students of KNUST are implementing great and amazing ideas, some entirely new and others the remaking of what already exists. The passion with which the students exhibit their products and the way they describe the processes involved in the creation shows nothing but an excellent command over their various programmes of study. If you ask me, I think everyone who exhibited something at this fair can be the next Bill Gates. The wonderful ideas presented there are Million-Dollar ideas sitting on tables in the KNUST Musuem. They are ideas itching to show themselves to the world; to go all out and transform the current situation in Africa and the World at large. If these ideas had mouths, they will ask their creators, "What are you waiting for?. Please take me out on a spin". If they had feet, they'd walk out of the musuem and begin transforming the world themselves. So I ask the question, "What are waiting for?". We don't have to wait till some one steals our idea and turns it into that Million-Dollar dream for himself. Let us rise up and show our ideas to the world. Let us use any avenue that comes our way to show the world what we are capable of and how KNUST can transform the lives of Ghanaians, of Africans and make the world a better place.
